All designs from www.Designs22U.com, whether purchased or free, remain the property of Designs22U, and cannot be claimed as your own work. The copyright and ownership of all design files is held with all rights reserved by Designs22u.
You are granted a single-user license to use the design files when you purchase or download designs from Designs22u. They can be used for personal use or on your finished items for sale, if you wish to use for mass production, please contact us about a commercial licence.
You must not sell, lend, share or give away the design file, or an edited form of the design file. The embroidery files cannot be used for print or sublimation purposes in any way.
All designs offered free or for sale are available in multiple formats and they have been fully tested and stitched out to check they are quality designs.
If you have any issues from any of the designs I will work with you to resolve these. No refunds will be issued.
